We dont accept returns or exchanges. This is due to the act being unhygenic as I cant ensure that the product has never been used.

If there is a fault with your order, e.g. it is damaged. contact me via email with evidence and I will happily send you a refund.

Exchanges are also not available as it is out of our responsibility if you personally do not like the product.

If I have sent you the wrong product in your order, contact me via email and I will send you the correct product or you will be able to recieve a refund.
